Vyhledávání Exekucí is a free iPhone application that allows users to search for companies and individuals in the official Czech Republic's execution database. With this app, users can easily access information about ongoing debt collection processes and check if a specific person or company is facing any execution.

The app utilizes the official execution database maintained by the Czech Chamber of Executors. All searches in this database are subject to a fee, as regulated by the Ministry of Justice's decree noSb. The fee covers both obtaining a search result and viewing the details of an execution.

The central execution database is a public register managed by the Czech Chamber of Executors in accordance with the provisions of § 125 of Act noSb., the Execution Code. It does not include information on court judgments, executions conducted by state and local authorities, financial institutions, or health insurance companies.

By using Vyhledávání Exekucí, users can gather specific information about execution proceedings, find out if a person or company is subject to an execution, learn about the nature of the debt being collected, and identify the executor responsible for carrying out the execution.

Access to the central execution database incurs a fee as stipulated by decree noSb., on the central execution database. Every search is charged, even if the subject of the search is not found. Fees are also applicable for viewing the details of an execution and for information on whether or not an execution has been found for a specific subject.
