Originally released in 2011 and discontinued in 2012, Vương Quốc Chuột Chũi—or Mole’s World in English—is a fun farming simulation game. The beloved Vietnamese title has been rereleased by TTHmobi with improved graphics and other additional aspects. It retains the farming mechanics of the original and now has more socialization options and NPCs to talk to.

Similar to modern classics like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon, taking care of a farm is a core aspect of free-to-play Vương Quốc Chuột Chũi. Besides that, the player can also explore the rest of the Mole Kingdom, talk to NPCs, greet other players, play mini-games, and more.

While massively multiplayer online role-playing games typically employ intense and combat-heavy storylines, Vương Quốc Chuột Chũi does the exact opposite. Instead of having the player roam around an open world while grinding for better gear and higher stats, this game focuses on relatively more relaxing mechanics—such as tending to crops, raising animals, and forging meaningful relationships with the citizens of the kingdom.

Created with cute and colorful 3D graphics, this game will certainly appeal to enjoyers of casual, light-hearted farming simulators. It features an avatar customization page at the beginning, although the facial features and skin tone options are limited. The diversity of the outfit possibilities later on makes up for that, however. Plus, the remake’s setting closely resembles the original, featuring classic spots like Mole Castle, Mole Raya Mountain, Happy Street, and Berry Forest.

There is a whole new storyline to follow, one that will have the player tumbling down a rabbit hole unraveling the kingdom’s mysteries. New characters are introduced in the story, all of whom possess exciting roles. There is a balance between the story progression and the farming side of the game, too, as there is a limit to the amount of crops you can plant in one day.

As a fun and more animated remake of the original game, Vương Quốc Chuột Chũi enhances the gaming experience for old fans and provides a delightful experience for newer players. It takes place in the Mole Kingdom, where you get a farm to yourself that you have to take care of. There are plenty of socialization possibilities, as well, both with NPCs and other online players.
