Setting up the app is simple. Just sign in with your Voys account credentials and enter your personal cell phone number in the settings. The app will request permission to access your contact list on your cell phone.

Calling with the app is convenient and straightforward. You can call any number by clicking on it from the recent calls list, selecting a contact, or manually dialing a number using the numpad.

The connection works by setting up a two-way call, one from your business number to your cell phone and another from your business number to the desired destination. The platform calls you within a second, and once you answer, it connects you to the contact you want to call, displaying your company's phone number. Both the incoming and outgoing calls are paid for by your company, with standard call rates applying.
