The Volkswagen EV Check App is designed to help you determine whether an electric car is right for you. With this app, you can assess if an electric car fits your driving style and if it makes sense to switch to an electric car from Volkswagen.

To get started, simply install the app and select your current passenger car model. The app supports most common models sinceThe app will then manually or automatically record your journeys, allowing you to compare your driving style with a current electric car from Volkswagen, such as the ID.3, ID.4, or e-up!

The comparison provided by the app includes information on the range you can achieve with an electric car, the cost of ownership, charging options, nearest charging stations, and estimated charging times. Additionally, you can view your driving distance covered, battery and energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and total costs for your current vehicle.

The Volkswagen EV Check App also offers an augmented reality (AR) mode, where you can experience the trim levels, design, and vehicle functions of the ID.3 in a virtual environment.

Please note that the vehicles and features shown in the app may differ from the current German product line, and optional extras may come at an additional cost. The app also provides a list of public charging stations, including Ionity charging stations. Your "mobility profile" is dependent on your own driving style.
