With VOEPASS, passengers can conveniently check-in up to 72 hours prior to their flight. Please note that this service is not available for children under 12 years old and group bookings.

For passengers traveling without checked baggage, it is recommended to arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. However, at São Paulo - Congonhas airport, the check-in process closes 40 minutes before takeoff.

Passengers with checked baggage should arrive at the VOEPASS (Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and MAP Linhas Aéreas) check-in counter at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight time to check-in their luggage.
