VIVA is a versatile cross-platform application tailored for iPhone and various Smartphone devices. It offers users the opportunity to join the VIVA Network without any initial cost. The app is divided into two primary sections: Community and Services, each catering to different needs.

In the Community section, users can engage with a user-friendly Messenger to share instant messages, videos, pictures, and other content with friends, family, and fellow VIVA subscribers. This section comes completely free with no in-app purchases required, and it includes features like Bulk SMS and Single SMS options.

Moving to the Services section, users are prompted to create a VIVA purchase account, obtainable from any VIVA network retail shop. Once an account is set up, a purchase wallet is automatically generated. Users can choose to refill this wallet as needed or simply use VIVA as a Messenger. The app does not request in-app purchases for its embedded services, ensuring a seamless experience.
