Viva Mobile App is a free application designed for Viva customers in the Dominican Republic. This modern, dynamic and easy-to-use tool allows you to perform your transactions quickly and easily. Please note that this app is exclusive to consumer segment Viva customers and is not available for corporate clients.

With Viva Mobile App, you can activate packages for internet, voice, SMS, long distance and roaming. You can also recharge your prepaid number with a credit card, check your balance and consumption, and know the validity of your active packages. Additionally, you can activate, change or delete your favorite number, check and use your Vidas, and request prepaid services such as Balance Transfer, Return Me, Internet and Minute SOS.
