Visor Electoral, developed by Centro de Integracion Ciudadana (CIC), is an Android application aimed at promoting informed voting, creating a collective memory of the candidates, reporting electoral anomalies, and transparently and impartially knowing the citizen's voting preferences for the 2018 electoral period. The app features the profiles of candidates for the presidency, governors, mayors, federal deputies, and senators.

The app provides various features such as informing users of the activities of the Visor Electoral community and relevant news about the elections. It also helps users locate their polling station based on their electoral section. Users can report electoral anomalies before, during, and after the elections. The app allows users to consult the histogram of their preferred candidates and comment on their trajectory. Finally, users can share their electoral preferences and know the results of other Visor Electoral users.
