This mod is primarily designed for multiplayer games, however, it is also compatible with single-player games. 

The building is a standard construction that can be placed anywhere. The size is 7×14, and it contains enough decoration to give you Comfort Level 17. It has 6 beds and a number of reinforced chests. The center of the building contains a cooking station and a cauldron for each person. The building can be placed anywhere in the world, and it will come in at the same elevation.

If you are standing on any kind of raised ground, the building will come in at the same elevation.
