With "View Vote totals" without 1000 rep, anyone can view vote totals on Stack Exchange, whether they are logged in or not. You just need to install the extension.

How does it work?

It's a native extension for Chrome, which means you don't have to install anything else on your web browser.

It shows you the number of upvotes, and downvotes, with the text "Upvotes" or "Downvotes" on hover, just like StackOverflow. 

You can see the total amount of votes on a specific post in one click, without having to leave your web browser or having to log into your account.
