Vietnam DX is an Android application developed by the Cục Tin học hóa Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông. It is a digital gateway to the National Digital Transformation Program, which aims to make Vietnam a stable and prosperous digital country byThe program is focused on fundamental innovation, comprehensive management, and operation of the government, business production activities, and the way of life and work for Vietnamese citizens.

The program has set a few targets to achieve by 2030, such as processing 90% of job records at the ministerial and provincial levels, 80% at the district level, and 60% at the commune level on the network environment (except for job records falling within the scope of state secrets). Moreover, the system aims to connect and share digital data on the Government Reporting Information System, which includes periodic reports and statistical reports on the economy and society to serve the direction and management of the government and the Prime Minister.
