The app has a built-in slow-motion camera that lets you capture your movements at a slow pace. You can replay the recording, and adjust the speed of the replay to get the results you want.

When you're recording, you can use the built-in mirror mode to see what you're doing and get better results. The app has a built-in timer, so you can set the length of time you want to record. When you're done, you can export the recording to your device and save it.
