VidAnalysis is a free tool that can be used to measure the speed of objects in free-fall or other physical situations. With this app, you can track the position of objects in time, so you can see their rate of acceleration and deceleration.

How to use VidAnalysis?

This tool can be used in science classes. To use this tool, select the object you want to track and start the app. As soon as it's dropped, start recording and mark the object in the video. You can choose to use either the "Free Fall" or "Pendulum" option to record the motion.
