To install:

UXM
To open the game files, according to UXM's instructions.

Extract this mod to the desired location.

Put the items from "parts" inside the UXM-made folder with the same name.

The Mod Engine 2

Get Mod Engine 2 now. It need not be in the game directory and can be put anywhere.

Mod Engine 2's "mod" folder contains a "parts" folder. You can create one on your own if you don't already have one.

Extract this mod to the desired location.

Put the items from "parts" in the corresponding folder in the "mod" folder.
