VehicleLog is a free, stand-alone Android app designed to help users keep track of their vehicle-related expenses and mileage. It offers four logbooks which include mileage, fuel, expenses, and service logs. The app is specifically designed for business people who need to keep accurate records for audit protection, customer billing, reimbursement purposes, and tax deductions.

VehicleLog has a built-in auto-fill feature which enables users to complete a new trip or expense record with as few as two screen taps. The auto-fill feature uses the current date and the information from the last trip or expense to the selected destination to complete the entry, making it especially useful for those who make repeat trips to the same destinations such as salespeople, delivery people, and in-home tech support.

The app also offers customizable reports for mileage, destination, trip type, fueling, service, expenses, and clients. Users can import existing data from other apps or spreadsheets and export custom-selected data from any logbook for use by other apps or a spreadsheet. VehicleLog is a standalone application and does not require the use of GPS, a data connection, or cloud storage. It is user-friendly, fast, and completely free without ads.
