VA-banken GO is an app extension for VA-banken, designed to streamline utility management tasks. Users can easily locate and check off planned work, report operational disturbances, create interventions, list issues, and update attributes on the network. By simply taking a photo with their phone, problems, interventions, or the network are automatically linked. Linked PDF documents and photos can be viewed within the app, and valves can be opened and closed with just a single tap.

The apps communicate directly with the server database, eliminating the need for intermediate storage. Maps and their settings are retrieved from the server setup but can be customized to display specific maps exclusively for the apps. By default, our apps retrieve settings for address search and property from VA-banken. All apps feature measurement tools and a function to pinpoint locations accurately. Access to the apps is restricted to personalized logins with permissions specified in VA-banken.
