It aims to enhance the services provided by V-Care Pro, which has already received a positive response through its telephonic interface. This mobile app is designed to be available 24/7 for all Gujarat Saviors, taking their experience to the next level.

The general features of V-CARE Pro GJ include the ability to view personal profiles, check leave balances, download pay slips, access PF/UAN information, view uniform request details, and create/view transfer requests. Users can also view insurance and beneficiary details.

In terms of support features, V-CARE Pro GJ allows users to create new tickets, reply to actions taken by department SPOCs, reopen tickets with remarks if not satisfied, and close tickets with remarks if satisfied. Users will also receive ticket status notifications and can send JPG files with remarks.
