USCG HSWL is an official application developed by Raven Solutions in collaboration with the Health, Safety, and Work-Life Directorate (CG-11) of the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This application provides information about the many quality of life resources available for Coast Guard military and civilian personnel, family members, and retirees. It includes information on work-life programs, medical services, chaplain services, housing, legal assistance, morale, well-being and recreation (MWR) services. Additionally, users can access the Coast Guard Blog feeds, select their unit for information broadcasts specific to their location, and receive notifications and alerts on events, general announcements, and information.

The application is designed to provide general information about the Coast Guard, with access to Coast Guard videos through YouTube (WIFI recommended) and a unit Ombudsman using the “Ombudsman Locator” feature. The interface is user-friendly, and the application is easy to navigate. The information provided is relevant and accurate, making it a valuable resource for Coast Guard personnel and their families.
