To use UPPCL BIJLI’s full suite of features, you must be an existing customer of UPPCL and register using your rural number, mobile number, and email address. Once done, you can gain access to your bill and payment history, generate your latest bill, and even pay without having to log in.

Plus, every bill settled can be downloaded locally, for future reference. The app is available in the English and Hindi languages, as well. However, while it is super handy for rural customers of UPPCL, it does not have the capacity to cater to urban customers.
