Untitled Magnet Game is essentially a proof of concept that was first seen from the developer's YouTube series called "Developing." It's described as a minimum viable product that was made to gather feedback from the community. From there, it will be determined whether further development would be made, or it will stay in its current state, to be treated as nothing more than a showcase piece.

In this game, you play as a tiny robot, and you find yourself trapped inside a mysterious facility. It's filled with electrical traps like lasers, as well as hidden doors and passageways that need to be unlocked by solving various platforming challenges. This is where magnets come into play as you will need to take advantage of their properties to reach tricky places to trigger switches.

As for controls, you can play the game with a keyboard and mouse combo. However, you’ll get the optimal experience with controllers, though. The good news is that it has already been tested with all major consoles today, and they all work well with it. Just be aware that it only lasts a few minutes as this isn't really a full game nor is it really a demo.

There's potential here

All in all, Untitled Magnet Game is a solid proof of concept that shows potential. It looks good and the platforming mechanics are nice. The use of magnets in its core gameplay is a nice touch and will make for some interesting puzzles. Hopefully, it gets enough good impressions and feedback that development for it will continue and it will become a full game.
