A new golfing experience

While playing Unreal Golf may evoke memories of being on the fairway in person, the two games are similar in name only. Unreal Golf is more of a puzzle game that takes elements of traditional Golf and turns them on their head with unique game mechanics.

Unlike the mostly flat surfaces of a typical course, Unreal Golf has more obstacles than just bunkers and penalty areas. The hilly landscape adds to the difficulty of the game and allows each level to be completely different. Limited to just three shots (including mid-air shots), Unreal Golf challenges you to get creative.

Continually challenge yourself

If you find the first few holes of Unreal Golf to be a piece of cake, you may soon find you’ve got more than you bargained for. With 28 levels that become increasingly more difficult to beat, you’ll find the game can be quite challenging at times.

Levels aren’t simply won or lost either. You have the ability to complete each level with a one, two, or three-star rating. Getting the ball into the hole in as few shots as possible will yield the best rating, but for some holes, this is seemingly impossible.

If you’re a fan of golf for its slower pace, Unreal Golf offers little in the way of a relaxing time. With 28 levels of physics puzzles and new concepts, it’s a challenge that requires thinking rather than brute force.
