Un taxi is a mobile application approved by the ANT, designed to provide better accessibility, quality, safety, and immediate service to customers. It is exclusively available for regularized yellow taxis that have a safety kit and 24-hour monitoring. Un taxi has over 12,000 yellow taxis throughout the province, always close to you. The app allows you to request the nearest taxi in just two steps and contact the driver via phone or voice messages via the Internet. You can also follow the path of the vehicle in real-time to your home and to your destination.

The app has a current rate with reasonable prices, and you can know the approximate value to pay and the time of your service request before making use of the tariff. You can also corroborate the value to pay for your service using the taximeter (reference only to conclude the approval process). Additionally, you can evaluate the service and help the developers to improve. If you do not have an internet connection, you can call the Call Center of the Union of Cooperatives Taxis Transport in Guayas and request the service.
