UHBVN Trust Based Reading is a free Android application developed by Pragyaware Informatics Private Ltd in the category of Business & Productivity. The application has been developed by Haryana Power Distribution Utility to connect with its consumers for trust based reading. The main goal of this application is to provide flexibility to the consumers for self-filling of meter reading in case any consumer observes that the meter reading in the issued bill is incorrect or provisional bill has been issued without meter reading.
