Ugger is a tool that helps Instagram users to measure the quality of their followers and gain insight into the best pages to follow on Instagram.

It's a human-powered tool to calculate your own page quality score (PQS). Simply install the app on your device, and you're ready to start measuring.

To calculate the PQS, we use an algorithm based on the 12 last posts from a page. We ignore any photos that don't have the 12 previous posts and we compare the number of comments received to the PQS from Instagram's page rating API. The algorithm is based on the algorithm described in the Instagram document "Follower Score,” which helps users to better understand their page's quality.
