The UBA Mobile App, a Personal Financial Manager, allows you to view, manage, and control your finances securely and conveniently on your phone, with no additional hardware or software.

How to download and install it?

To install and run this app, you just need to go to the Google Play Store, download it and install it. If you have any issues installing or running it, you can follow the below steps:

To install it on your phone or tablet, you need Android 5.0 or above. If you don't have that version of Android, you can download it on the app store of your smartphone or tablet. 

• Please Note:* This app is not designed for kids.

How to sign up?

1. Open the UBA Mobile App.

2. Click on the Menu button on the top left of the screen.

3. Select "Open an Account".

4. Choose the preferred account type (Debit/Prepaid, Secure Pass, or USSD PIN) and fill in your details.

5. You are done. Your account number will be sent to you via SMS.

6. You can now start banking.
