Now, you’ll also be able to use the UA Expert Mode+ app to view the fare buckets for all of our domestic flights, as well as view the fares for any international flights you are planning on booking.

This is a major improvement to the UA Expert Mode+ app, and it allows you to view more information on your flights, while being able to take advantage of the features available on the website, even when you are offline. As always, this means that you will need to connect to the Internet to see these features, and, as with all data, it will cost you a bit of money.
