"Tylko Jeden" is a reality show program where 10 contestants compete for a contract with KSW, the largest mixed martial arts federation in Europe. Selected from thousands of fighters, these contestants have diverse personalities, temperaments, and top physical and technical preparation. They undergo a multi-week training cycle supervised by professionals to transform into skilled MMA fighters.

The program consists of 8 episodes where contestants face special tasks ranging from strength and endurance challenges to cooking, dancing, and showcasing humor. Winning these challenges grants privileges or alters the dynamics of the program. Each episode culminates in a fight, determining which contestants continue training and who must leave the show. The top two participants will enter the cage for a final showdown at the KSW Grand Gala.
