Twitter Block Chain is a free Chrome extension developed by devFluid that aims to reduce the damage caused by retweeting and dogpiling on Twitter. This handy tool allows users to easily block all users on a following/followers page.

To activate the extension, simply navigate to a user's followers/following page and click the icon next to the omnibox/address bar. The extension will block all users on that page, except for the ones you are already following or have previously blocked.
