Tweaked Keyboard Layout is a free app by Aquamarine Networks that provides physical keyboard layout files for Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The app offers four different layouts, including two US layouts and two JP layouts, with different key mappings for caps, ctrl, and menu. The source code for the app is available on Google Code for those who want to explore and modify it.

This app is designed for users who prefer physical keyboards over touchscreens, providing them with more options to customize their keyboard layout. The app is easy to use and provides a simple solution for users who need a different keyboard layout for their physical keyboard. However, it is important to note that this app is only compatible with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and does not support virtual keyboards.
