Turnip Mountain is a premium adventure game for PC created by indie developer Luke Sanderson. It is a 2D precision platformer featuring a minimalistic pixel art style and physics-based gameplay. Players will be going on a perilous climb to reach the summit of a mountain while dealing with all sorts of traps and challenges along the way in this demo version

Turnip climb 

In Turnip Mountain, you will take control of a bizarre turnip with arms on a climbing adventure to reach the top of a mountain. Each arm is controlled by the left and right joysticks on your controller, and you must skillfully climb walls, fling yourself from spinning objects, and grab onto ropes and chains as you swing from one platform to the next. 

There are also various cosmetic items scattered throughout like color palette items that change the vibe of stages, and different headgear to don for a different look. Now, the gameplay itself is rather short, but there are multiple paths you can take to get to the top and local co-op, adding to the game's long-term appeal and replayability. Do note the game is not yet available, though. 

A long way up 

All in all, Turnip Mountain is a bizarre yet fun precision platformer with engaging gameplay and poses a nice challenge. The visuals are nice and controls are intuitive, and there are various cosmetic items to change the look and feel of the experience. Hopefully, the full version will be released sooner rather than later. Be on the lookout for this one.
