Tulja Bhavani is a Hindu temple located in Tuljapur, Maharashtra, India. The main deity is the goddess Bhavani (also known as Parvati, Tura, Varita, Ambha and Jagadambha), the wife of the god Shiva. The temple is one of the 51 Shakti Pithas, and it is considered to be the most sacred of the seven temples in the area. The word Shakti means power or strong, and the seven temples in the area are considered to be the places where the powers of nature are strong. The seven temples are Shivpuran, Bhimavaram, Kashi, Kalghatagi, Mahakaleshwar and Ammavata, and they are all situated in the area of Tuljapur.

Bhavani is the mother of the god Shiva and the goddess Parvati. She is also one of the most popular deities in the area and is considered to be the most powerful of the gods in the area. The main deity in the temple is Bhavani, and all the other deities are her children.
