Turkmen cuisine (Turkish: Türkmen) is the cuisine of the Turkmen, a Central Asian ethnic group. It is the national cuisine of the Turkmen people, and is distinguished by its rich mixture of Central Asian and East Asian flavors. The cuisine has its origins in Central Asia, and later spread to other parts of Asia, including South Asia and East Asia. The main dish is the Turkish-style meze, which is a collection of appetizers, side dishes, and beverages. Other important dishes include Turkish-style desserts, called bebaps, and rice dishes, called pudding.

Turkmen tagamlary (Turkish: türkmen tagamlary) is a culinary festival in Turkey, held in July. The festival is dedicated to the national dish of the Turkmen, the açılan açılan açılan şeker üçün başaran açılan açılan türkmen. The festival has been organized since 1992.
