Tubewalker Zone 1 is a free Android application that offers an incredible opportunity to explore London on foot. It contains maps and descriptions for 88 self-guided walking tours that cover the entire London Underground Zone 1. The full version of the app includes 228 additional tubewalks that cover Zones 2 to 9. The Tubewalker app is a great way to discover London, as each tubewalk starts and ends on public transport. You can string them together to create walks that last as long as you want, from minutes to days.

The app includes five ways to choose tubewalks: by Tube line, station name, current location, picking a recommended tubewalk, or searching for places of interest. Each tubewalk comes with a description of the walk, a zoomable route map with places of interest and your current location, detailed descriptions of all places of interest, and photographs from the walk. The free version of Tubewalker contains details of 88 tubewalks between 64 stations, covering 71 miles of walking with over 450 points of interest and 2150 photographs.
