TSS Fudge Factors is a Chrome extension tool designed to calculate Training Stress Score (TSS) fudge factors, taking into account weight carried, vertical gain, and hrTSS from Training Peaks. This tool implements Evoke Endurance methodologies to adjust hrTSS values by considering the impact of vertical ascent and weight on workout intensity.

The extension enhances hrTSS values by adding 10 TSS for every 1000 feet of vertical ascent. For indoor workouts like stair climbing or inclined treadmill sessions, it calculates half of this additional TSS. Moreover, it factors in 1 TSS for every percentage of body weight carried, providing a more comprehensive assessment of workout intensity.
