TSM River Dane for All is a mod that lets you equip the armor of the Dragon Age characters with the Loghain-only restriction removed. There are three pieces in the set: the Dragon Age Champion, the Dragon Age Assassin, and the Dragon Age Warrior. The Loghain-only restriction is removed from all three pieces of armor, allowing any character to equip the entire set. There is also a script to obtain the equipment, so you don't have to recruit Loghain just to steal his armor.

Installation:

Download the tsm_river_dane_4all_no_champ file from the archive and place it into your Dragon Age package. The file is small, so it won't take up much space.
