The TRX FORCE Super App is a digital version of the TRX Tactical Conditioning Program. It provides the most complete and effective strength and conditioning training solution for the military and for athletes of all levels.

To create the program, we first reviewed the scientific literature to determine the most effective exercises for improving physical performance, and we then designed the program based on the best exercises identified in the scientific literature. 

This program includes more than 200 exercises and is designed to be extremely challenging. The exercises are divided into six categories: strength, cardio, mobility, endurance, balance, and coordination. Each category includes one or more exercises and one or more movements. For example, the strength category includes exercises and movements to improve muscle strength, endurance, and strength.

The TRX FORCE Super App also includes integrated timers, so you don't have to worry about losing track of your workout. It includes the exercises, videos, and audio from the TRX classes, so you can get the most out of your workout.
