Clients can create grocery requests using the "Create Trolli" feature by listing their desired items and posting the job. The app sends job notifications to Shoppers within a 5km radius, who can view job details before accepting, including earnings and required items.

To ensure safety and reliability, Shoppers use their own funds to purchase groceries, reimbursed by the client upon delivery. Clients' payment card details are stored securely within Stripe's system for payment processing. After delivery, clients verify receipts, transfer the grocery amount to the Shopper, and pay the delivery fee.
