Trienekens Customer Care is a waste management app that is available on the Android platform. It is developed by Trienekens Sarawak Sdn Bhd and is free to use. The app aims to address all waste management needs and queries of the communities within Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU), Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (MBKS), Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP), and certain parts of Majlis Daerah Serian (MDS) with ease.

The Trienekens Customer Care app offers several features such as reporting damaged or lost bins, lodging a complaint, customer satisfaction survey, RoRo container services for bulky waste, and general enquiry. Scheduled waste generators in the states of Sarawak, Sabah, and the Federal Territory of Labuan can also use the app to lodge a complaint, take the customer satisfaction survey, and make general enquiries.
