What is it about?

Treino GMF Sesc is an application developed for the Sesc SP of the Gymnastics Program of the School of Sport and Exercise (SOAE). It is the first application developed in the country that provides a complete training experience for students regularly enrolled in the Gymnastics Program. It is a digital application that provides an even more complete training experience for students. It is designed to provide a learning experience to the students and to help them to achieve their goals. It also allows the students to have fun while learning.

How does it work?

The application is designed to work with the Gymnastics Program of the SOAE and is divided into the following sections: registration, gifts, lessons, theory, practice, competitions, results, trophies, ranks and achievements. In each section, the students can access the different elements of the training program.
