Build your team from a roster of beloved Transformers, each possessing unique traits and belonging to one of five classes: Vanguard, Assault, Firepower, Recon, and Support, encouraging strategic diversity, requiring you to understand the advantages of each unit, or else you can get crushed by your enemy easily if you don’t strategize.

The dynamics and card physics reflect the character’s abilities, attacks, and defenses. Information such as points, power, damage, and specials is indicated on each card. To enhance the experience, you can merge and upgrade certain cards to get a whole new variation of them, or in some instances, a new, much powerful card which can be helpful against opponents. Your level will determine your overall rating against other players.

The game’s 3D graphics and engaging battle sequences are now translated into a card game. It offers the opportunity to unlock new storylines and new character attributes. Each Transformer has unique traits like Fearless, Dynamic, Resourceful, Resolute, and Inspiring. However, its over-reliance on gacha mechanics isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Still, the game is just as accessible as most games within the Transformers series.
