Individual card level rules can be set, specifying products, quantities, and purchase frequencies.

The app also allows you to block and unblock unwanted cards as needed. It helps you manage your funds more efficiently by optimizing working capital through setting purchase frequencies, minimizing downtime. Pre-defining fuelling locations helps avoid unscheduled diversions and optimizes fuel costs.

Trans-Manager Fleet Management provides secure transactions with prompts set on the card. Only the correct answer to the prompts will unlock a transaction, ensuring security. For trip customers, expenses can be defined on a value basis to prevent drivers from exceeding trip amounts.

In addition to the existing functionality of setting unique limits to multiple trip cards, the app now allows you to increase or decrease limits from the available card balance on multiple cards, giving you more flexibility in operating your trip cards.
