Trans Attendance is an attendance tool that uses an Android smartphone application to support mobility and flexibility, specifically designed for Trans Retail Group employees. This free app allows employees to scan a QR code at their workplace or other registered locations, making attendance tracking more efficient and convenient.

Trans Attendance is particularly useful for employees who frequently move between work locations or have flexible attendance processes. To use this app, Trans Retail Group employees must follow these simple steps: install the Trans Attendance app, activate GPS on their smartphone, open the app, enter their registered username and password, and scan the QR code at their workplace or other registered locations. Employees must make sure to scan attendance four times a day, including when starting work, taking a break, ending a break, and finishing work. Attendance reports can be viewed on the Report Attendance feature.

To use this app, a minimum Android OS version of 5.0 and an internet connection are required.
