Traffic Wales Traffig Cymru is a free bilingual app that provides the latest traffic updates and camera images on motorways and major trunk roads in Wales. This app offers a chance to stay updated with the latest traffic information in Wales. It enables users to share traffic alerts and pictures with their contacts, save their favorite journeys, and set notifications to check the traffic before traveling. Additionally, the app features an SOS function for reporting incidents or calling for help if the user breaks down and cannot reach an emergency telephone.

Motorways and trunk roads managed by the Welsh Government are covered in the app, while local roads are managed by local authorities. The app also provides motorway alerts for England up to about 20 miles from the Wales/England border, in English only, sourced from Highways England. The call features are only available on devices with a SIM card. The app must be used before traveling, and users must not use their mobile phones while driving.

The app requires permissions to access the user's location, internet, storage, network status, and vibration control. The Google account configuration is also required for upgraded Google Maps.
