تراتيل القرآن الكريم is a free Quran app with no ads that allows you to read and listen to the Quran from anywhere without an internet connection. The app features the complete King Fahd Complex version of the Holy Quran printed in Medina, and is aligned with the Medina Quran (Hafs 'an 'Asim) as narrated by Imam Hafs. It also features the Ottoman font, which is the traditional font used in Quran printing. In addition, the app has an extensive audio library of recitations by renowned Quran reciters from all over the Islamic world. You can download audio files of each reciter and listen to them offline. The app also has an advanced index for the Surahs and Juz', a feature to repeat verses or Surahs for memorization, and the ability to highlight verses while listening. The app is still under development, but it already has a comfortable and user-friendly design for reading.
