With TOZO Wear, users can benefit from sleep monitoring and health data recording capabilities. The app tracks different sleep stages, evaluates sleep quality, and monitors heart rate through the smartwatch. Additionally, it synchronizes step count, calories burned, walking distance, activity time, and effective standing times recorded on the watch.

Furthermore, TOZO Wear includes a sports mode for initiating exercises and syncing over 93 types of exercise data from the smartwatch.
