Topup Flow, developed by Cable Wireless Holdings Inc, is a mobile point-of-sale app for authorized Flow retailers. The app processes prepaid credit sales on iPhone, shows retailer balances and transaction logs, and connects to Flow billing systems. It presents a visual sales workflow designed for quick transactions and digital record-keeping. Targeted at Flow agents and small business owners in the Caribbean and Latin America, it supports mobile vending and streamlined daily reconciliation for prepaid top-ups.

What is Topup Flow intended to replace in a retail workflow?

Topup Flow functions as a phone-based sales terminal that removes manual code entry by offering a graphical sales path instead of USSD strings. The tool is an official offering from Cable & Wireless and is built specifically for Flow's network, which means retailers operate under a gatekept access model rather than an open consumer app. That choice anchors the app to the Flow billing backbone for transaction validation and confirmations.

Can non-technical retailers adopt the app without specialist training?

Designed for high-volume retail environments, the interface aims to reduce onboarding friction. The developer supplies a simplified flow tailored to agents processing repeat, fast transactions; the product requires a registered retailer account and secure agent login before use. These constraints concentrate setup effort on initial registration and credentialing, after which routine tasks follow a few consistent screens suited to repeat sales at a kiosk or on the move.

How reliable is the tool for field vending and daily reconciliation?

Reliability depends on device and network conditions. The app requires iOS 11.0 or later and supports iPhone and iPod touch hardware. It reports a real-time balance on the main dashboard and keeps digital transaction logs that help with end-of-day reconciliation. User feedback highlights the necessity of a steady internet connection for successful transactions, so performance aligns with local mobile data availability and Wi-Fi stability.

Topup Flow suits retailers who operate where connectivity and registered access are available

The app is a pragmatic choice for authorized Flow sellers who need mobile transaction control and audit-ready records; it narrows the operational scope to Flow network vending and to agents with registered credentials. For teams working in areas with reliable data coverage, the tool supports consistent mobile sales and bookkeeping. Retailers requiring multi-network recharges or open public access should consider alternatives outside this ecosystem.
