This new enemy has a plan to attack different parts of the city, and it has the support of the government of the United States, Russia, China, Mexico, and many other countries.

In this new game, the player can play as the legendary hero Tom Clancy, or as an agent of the special forces of the world. The gameplay of the game has been changed, in that the player no longer has a standard health meter.
