Толковый словарь Ожегова is the first one-volume explanatory dictionary of the Russian language in Russia (USSR) after the October Revolution. The dictionary is a unique normative available resource created to help raise the speech culture of wide sections of the population and to assist with using words correctly, forming word forms correctly, and writing and pronouncing them properly. The dictionary contains an extract of the huge variety of vocabulary of the modern literary Russian language.
