Только ТВ, developed by 24H.TV, is a mobile and Android TV app that gives immediate access to Russian television channels for everyday viewing. It plays live broadcasts with instant playback and no mandatory registration for basic content, so users can open the app and watch within seconds. The app includes a built-in EPG, HD streams when available, and adaptive bitrate; it targets Russian-speaking viewers who want a compact, low-friction TV experience on phones and smart TVs.

A focused live-TV player for quick, no-friction viewing

The app provides direct access to linear television, offering users live feeds of more than twenty federal Russian channels and an Electronic Program Guide to see current and upcoming shows. Playback starts immediately for basic channels without creating an account, which supports a grab-and-watch evening routine. This design treats the app as a lightweight alternative to larger streaming platforms, prioritizing fast access to broadcast TV.

Fits mobile and living-room devices with minimal setup

Setup is brief and platform-friendly, compatible with Android smartphones, tablets, and Android TV boxes, and it requires Android 5.0 or later. The interface adapts to touchscreens and remote control, so the same install works on a phone or a TV without device-specific configuration. This makes it practical for users who switch between pocket viewing and a TV screen.

Designed for a distraction-free, low-resource experience

The interface keeps menus sparse and playback central, reflecting a minimalist approach that reduces onboarding friction. The developer describes a lightweight footprint intended to perform on older hardware, which helps during daily use on modest devices. Remote navigation and simple channel selection support quick channel changes during short viewing sessions or background listening.

Balances stream reliability and regional access constraints

Playback adapts to connection quality through adaptive bitrate streaming and offers HD where broadcasters provide it, so streams tend to remain stable on varied connections. The developer provides official federal broadcasts, but channel availability can vary by region and may depend on the viewer's IP address. Basic use without an account also limits the amount of personal data tied to viewing sessions.

To sum up, a practical choice for straightforward live-TV viewing

To sum up, Только ТВ is a practical option for Russian-speaking viewers who want quick access to linear broadcasts without setup overhead; it suits people who prioritize simple, reliable live viewing on phones or Android TV. It is less suitable for viewers seeking large on-demand libraries or extensive channel variety beyond federal feeds. Pro tip: use the app on the device you use most often, so channel lookup and the EPG become part of your daily routine.
