The answer is Today We Feast. It's a mod for Bannerlord, a free-to-play, multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game.

You can create a feast in the most obvious way: by spending time with other players in the game. You will meet them in the settlement and will be able to give them food. The other players will be able to visit your settlement to find food for their own feasts. The more time you spend with them, the more relations you will get.
